We are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. ✨

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer experiences for our clients’ customers. 


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with utmost professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Adhere to Pac Biz guidelines, standards, and performance metrics.


Requirements:

  • At least one year of customer service experience 
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using office tools, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task

    Overtime Pay 30% in excess of 40 hours per week

    Depending on your work setup, we will provide you with either internet or transportation allowance.

  • Night Differential

    20% Night Differential from 10 PM - 6 AM

  • Guaranteed Annual Increase
