- Handle inbound calls from customers with utmost professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
- Adhere to Pac Biz guidelines, standards, and performance metrics.
⚡Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office tools, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task
