We seek an Accounting Manager with a proactive, risk-oriented approach and a futuristic mindset. This role involves supervising day-to-day activities, establishing financial status through systematic data management, and collaborating closely with our financial team. The ideal candidate thrives on quick, factual communication, embraces change, and employs an instructional, process-focused management style, finding motivation in independence and personal recognition.


  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holding a valid license
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry or call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Software Applications:
    1. Quickbooks Online: Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online for financial recordkeeping, bookkeeping, and generating financial reports.
    2. Experience with Zapier, Freshbooks, Xero accounting software, and similar automation tools is a plus.
    3. GSuite: Strong knowledge and experience in using GSuite tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive for effective collaboration and document management.
    4. Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work with automating reports and utilizing data analysis tools to transition our company from manual spreadsheets to streamlined, automated processes for increased efficiency
