Who We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

  • TIER 1 AGENTS – Be the first line of support.

    • Respond via chat, email, and phone to resolve technical and platform-related issues.

    • Guide clients through troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, screen sharing, and clear steps.

    • Assist with onboarding new users and creating training guides.

    • Stay up-to-date on new platform features and customer needs.

    • Fix minor issues using HTML/CSS, and escalate complex problems appropriately.

    TIER 2 AGENTS – Take it to the next level.

    • Handle escalated, complex technical issues and client relationship calls.

    • Mentor Tier 1 agents, support projects, and contribute to process improvements.

    • Proactively upsell Delta Media Group products during support interactions.

    • Maintain SLA performance while solving advanced platform challenges.

    • Lead initiatives and team trainings with technical and strategic impact.

 

Do You Have What It Takes?

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with web tools and some knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL

  • Ability to pass a technical knowledge exam

  • AI fluency is a big plus!

Preferred:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 2-3 years customer service or technical support experience

    20% Night Differential from 10 PM - 6 AM
