Skills and qualifications:

  • Must be based in Dumaguete City or nearby/surrounding municipalities
  • Strong command of the English language
  • At least ONE year of CSR experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attendance
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must thrive in a TEAM environment

  • Flexible to work graveyard shift

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Determine the most efficient and effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s inquiries
  • Provide introductory information to new customers
  • Escalate queries and concerns, as needed
  • Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
